At TechEnergiWise, we're committed to transparency about our refund procedures. This policy outlines when refunds are available for our financial analysis programs and how to request one. We handle each case individually because we know that circumstances vary.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on several factors, including program type, enrollment date, and course completion status. Here's what qualifies:
Early Withdrawal
If you withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 20% of course materials, you're eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
Technical Issues
When platform problems prevent access to course content for more than 72 consecutive hours and we can't resolve them, partial or full refunds may apply.
Course Cancellation
If TechEnergiWise cancels a program before its start date or midway through, you'll receive a complete refund of tuition paid.
Duplicate Payment
Accidental double charges or billing errors are refunded immediately once verified, typically within 3-5 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Some circumstances don't qualify for refunds. We try to be fair, but these situations fall outside our refund scope:
- Course completion beyond 30% of total materials
- Requests made more than 30 days after enrollment date
- Dissatisfaction with course difficulty or pacing
- Change of personal circumstances unrelated to course delivery
- Downloaded certificates or completion credentials
- Promotional or discounted enrollment pricing (different terms apply)
How to Request a Refund
The refund process is straightforward but requires some documentation. Here's the step-by-step approach:
Submit Your Request
Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment ID, program name, and reason for requesting a refund.
Verification Review
Our team reviews your account within 2-3 business days to verify enrollment details, payment records, and course access history.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email explaining whether your refund was approved, partially approved, or denied, along with specific reasoning.
Processing & Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds return to your original payment method within an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
Important Processing Notes
Administrative fees of 5% apply to all approved refunds to cover processing costs. This is standard across educational platforms.
Wire transfer refunds may take longer than credit card refunds due to international banking procedures, especially for students in Argentina using local payment methods.
Once a refund is issued, your access to course materials terminates immediately. Downloaded resources must be deleted per our licensing agreement.

Payment Method Considerations
How you paid affects how you'll receive your refund. We support various payment methods common in Argentina and internationally.
Credit & Debit Cards
Refunds go back to the original card used for purchase. This usually takes 5-7 business days after we process it, though your bank might hold it for a few extra days. You'll see it listed as a credit from TechEnergiWise.
Bank Transfers
For direct transfers, especially from Argentine bank accounts, we need your current banking information. International transfers can take 10-15 business days. Double-check that your account details match what's on file.
Third-Party Payment Services
If you paid through MercadoPago or similar services, the refund routes through that platform. Processing times depend on their policies, typically 7-14 business days.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes a full refund doesn't apply, but a partial one does. Here's when that happens:
- You've completed between 20-30% of course materials
- Platform issues affected some but not all of your access
- You're switching from one program to another (credit transfer)
- Withdrawal happens between 14-21 days after enrollment
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on content accessed, time enrolled, and specific circumstances. We review each case to determine fair compensation.
Special Circumstances
Life happens. Medical emergencies, family crises, or unexpected relocations might warrant exceptions to standard policy. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.
We evaluate these requests individually and may request supporting documentation. While we can't guarantee approval, we do consider each case thoughtfully.
